The next AsMA-UHMS Annual Scientific Meeting will be in Denver, CO, United States, May 17-21, 2026. Important dates to
remember include:

• Oct. 1, 2025: On or around this date, the abstract submission site will open.
• Jan. 4, 2026: The abstract submission site will close at 11:59 PM EST. NO exceptions … submit early!
• Jan. 31, 2026: Submitters will be notified of accepted or declined abstracts by 5:00 PM EST.
• Feb. 23, 2026: PDF/PPT posters must be submitted to the UHMS by 11:59 PM EST. NO updates will be accepted after this date, not even on site.
• Feb. 28, 2026: No more updates to accepted abstracts will be permitted after 11:59 PM EST.
