ALPA: The Air Line Pilots Association, Int’l (ALPA), issued a statement after Virginia signed into law paid sick leave protections for workers, including airline pilots and flight attendants. Capt. Jason Ambrosi thanked the Virginia Legislature for supporting airline workers and praised the new law for giving crewmembers the security of knowing they can take care of themselves and their families without worrying about losing their jobs.
